We Design for People
"Next Level" Philosophy
Born out of friendship, the term "next level" became common language on our lips in everyday conversation. From hunting trips and family gatherings, to vacations and sporting events, describing the experience or moment as "next level" grew to be the norm, and only suitable option available. It soon became a mantra for living, and the inspiration behind the way we built our life, our families, and our future. Drafting has always been core to our nature, and building a home (both physical and relational) is central to our values. Describing the company that embodied the very best of these could take on no other name than "next level".
Experience
The knowledge applied to each project is born out of the experience gained from those that have gone before. Being exposed to a variety of building styles, methods, and design philosophies is what contributes to the well-rounded approach we can bring to your project.
Relationships
Relationships have been vital to the growth of this company, and will continue to be a cornerstone for Next Level success.
Accountability
We are always learning. Codes are always changing. Building materials are always improving. We will always strive to practice continual learning, adopting and applying client's desires and needs, and adjusting to fit our ever-changing industry to create a company that maintains the leading edge mentality. Our promise to you is to always remain accountable to those standards.

Excellence takes Teamwork

Draftsman
Clint Minton
Clint's desires to design and build custom homes has followed him since watching his father at the drafting table as a young boy. In grade school, Clint chose to focus his elective classes in CAD Drafting, Building Trades, and Art. After a short stint in the Pre-Architecture program at the University of Arizona, Clint transferred to Boise State University to eventually earn a BS in Construction Management. Clint went on to serve as a facilities manager at a small bible college, adjunct construction professor for a technical college, remodel contractor, field project coordinator, estimator, and general manager for a residential contractor. Clint also serves in the Corps of Engineers in the United States Army Reserve, utilizing his project management and CAD drafting experience to assist in project administration and design.
The years spent studying plans in his various roles and occupations, coupled with CAD drafting know-how, led to the inspiration behind Next Level Drafting & Design LLC. With over 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry, Clint has the resources to get the job done right.

Office Manager
Leah Minton
Leah's talent-base in business operations is second to none. With nearly 20 years of business administration experience, Leah brings a value-added to Next Level that cannot be understated. When she is not acting as taskmaster for Clint, she is coordinating with trades, drafting proposals, and keeping the office in order. You will often deal directly with Leah when you reach out to us.

Leah also brings an eye to the design-side of the Next Level operation. As a prior architectural review administrator for private communities, her eyes have been trained to see quality, elegance, and complementary styles in home designs. This attention to detail aids our team in providing complete submittals to every jurisdiction we serve. Our operations are continually expanding to incorporate the many facets of experience that Leah brings to the table.

When not in the office, Leah provides for the family at the P31 Minton Homestead. You can find out more about the work she does at the homestead here (Link coming Soon!)
